Replacement cards
***Important: Do not change the surface of the University ID card or punch holes in it. ***
Necessary Requirements:
  • You must satisfy the following requirements in order for your student ID card to be processed
  • 48 hours previous to the processing of an ID card, you must have registered for the class(es).
  • Upon getting the ID card, present two forms of valid, original identity (one photo ID is required).
